INSTALL NEW PASSENGER ELEVATORS
VA PRESCOTT, AZ
2500 SQ. FT. REMODEL, 2021
This project included the upgrade of an existing pharmacy to include a compounding pharmacy for sterile and non-sterile drugs. It also installed two elevators into existing shafts, upgraded doors throughout the building, and added a staff lounge. The project was completed on time and within budget. CANTEEN RENOVATION
VA PALO ALTO, CA
7,000 SQ. FT. REMODEL, 2020-2021
This project redesigned the back of house kitchen and servery of an existing hospital cafeteria. It installed two new walk-in freezers and refrigerators, updated the kitchen equipment, and updated the finishes. The entire back of house work area was reconfigured to improve work-flow and maintain standard clean and dirty practices for dish washing and food prep areas.

MEDICAL FACILITY DESIGN REFRESH
VA PALO ALTO, CA
16,100 SQ. FT. REMODEL, 2020-2021
This Palo Alto VA remodel project recently completed the design phase in October 2021. The final design included practice apartments, bathrooms, and kitchens, two large outpatient therapy gyms, a bone density scanning room, staff offices, staff lounge, and support spaces. The scope of work included complete gut and remodel of the interior space, connections back to existing MPE systems, and new updated finishes.

UPGRADE BUILDING 7 SPINAL CORD INJURY/DISORDER CENTER FOR PATIENT SAFETY
VA PALO ALTO, CA
12,500 SF PATIENT WING REMODEL, 2019-2020
This Palo Alto VA remodel project recently completed the design phase in July 2020. The final design included 20 patient rooms that were remodeled on the first floor of Building 7. The scope of work included upgrades to finishes, bathrooms, electrical systems, patient headwalls, ceiling mounted lifts, and a complete remodel of 12 multi-bed patient rooms into 8 private rooms with their own private bathrooms. The project included one isolation room. The goal of this project was to bring the SCI/D Unit up to current Paralyzed Veterans of America standards. We worked hand-in-hand with Doctors and nursing staff to improve the SCI/D Unit within budget and on-time.
